Our Story begins in the summer of 2007 when we began dating, then 11 months later he proposed and 13 months later in August of 2009 we were married. At that point we had started to try and build our family. By the Fall of 2011, 2 yrs after we started our journey we chose a different path. One that felt right. After 11 months after making that decision we were on the list and waiting.
When we met, our future had so many opportunities awaiting us, many were unknown. Almost 7 yrs later we are extremely happy on were our journey has taken us. It hasn't been a smooth ride, but we are enjoying the ups and downs, learning about ourselves and taking on the world together.
Everyday the process of waiting for our family to come home gets harder and feels further away. In our hearts our love is growing and flourishing and we are holding onto that. The hope that it will soon happen.
For now we are taking it one day at a time, and one day it will be time to bring you home.
